Cancellation policy
As we often have to turn clients away due to high demand for our services, for your appointment kindly respect our time by honouring your commitment to be here.
A deposit of $50 is required for services $150 and over. Please give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancelling a chemical services appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may require payment to reserve an appointment.
